Every day and around the clock, our software is processing thousands of documents from California to Istanbul. We have completed a number of OCR/ICR-related projects for such clients as Océ in Netherlands, Ricoh Silicon Valley and Softprose in the US, Mitcom and EASY Software in Germany, ABBYY Software House in Russia, PRNet in Turkey and others. We have successfully ported one of the world's leading OCR products, ABBYY FineReader Engine, from Windows to Linux platform.

Field of competence description: We have written a complex distributed Customer Relationship Management system for ABBYY Software House. This system links its four worldwide offices (in Russia, Germany, the US, the UK) together, bringing the customer service to new heights. The system is based on MS SQL server, interated with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel, provides both "classic" and Web-based client interfaces, performs regular data replications to synchronise customer data among offices. It also provides an multi-level security system and sophisticated sets of admidistrative tools and search tools.
